EuroMiniStorage is the first purpose built Self Storage facility in Romania, with a gross area of 7 500 square meters on three floors and over 1 000 storage units available in 5 600 square meters of leasable area.

The Canadian investors wanted to create a world class building, sparing no cost or effort to use the best global standards and systems to make the Self Storage experience truly exceptional.

Self Storage is a proven concept around the world and Bucharest is no exception in having a need for such a service.

The total investment was close to 8 million euros.

EuroMiniStorage choose the site in order to maximize visibility and access, in order create a retail location for Self Storage in Romania.

Presently with stores in both Bucharest and Budapest, the group plans to open another 4 locations in each city within the next 36 months, investing up to 25 million Euros.

EuroMiniStorage has set the standard for Self Storage in Romania and Hungary for the years to come.
